Easy lunch ideas with left over Kheema Mutter -(Mince with Peas)

The other day we made Kheema Mutter and today we are going to see how to use the left over Kheema Mutter for a quick lunch or snack.  




Item 1: 

Grilled sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread
2 tablespoons of Kheema Mutter
some butter

Method:

Fill the bread with the Kheema Mutter, butter the outside of the slices and put in a sandwich maker.

Serve hot - by itself or with a little tomato ketchup.



Item 2:

Stuffed Paratha 


Prepare dough for the paratha with atta flour.  Roll it out and put a tablespoon of the Kheema Mutter inside.  Pinch the sides and make a smooth ball.  Roll it out and toast it on a griddle.  Serve hot with yogurt and a pickled onion.







Item 3

Chappaties with salad


Prepare Chappaties with atta dough.  Cook them.  Add the warmed up Kheema Mutter stuffing inside along with a dash of yogurt, some mint, salad leaves and onions. Roll it up and serve hot.
