Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi is a favorite with my children; and it is a perfect combination with spicy Indian food.  It is very easy to make at home and with fresh mangoes available in summer, try making it at home.  If you previously only had this drink in an Indian restaurant and now make it use home made yogurt, you will be able to taste the difference.







Ingredients:

4 cups of home made yogurt (or plain non sweetened yogurt)
2 cups of fresh mango pulp
2 cups of water or milk

Sugar to taste (optional)

Blend all of the ingredients, chill and serve.
