Rainbow Vodka Jelly Shots

This was a fun recipe to make.  In fact my son and daughter did most of the "cooking" and assembly!

It was made for my daughter's 21st birthday and it was an instant hit among the guests! 

Ingredients:

6 packets jelly crystals in different colours

250 ml of hot water per packet of jelly crystals

250 ml of vodka per packet of jelly crystals

Method:

Dissolve 1 packet of jelly crystal in 250 ml of hot water.  When it cools, add Vodka. Place in shot glasses.  Repeat till you finish all of the jelly crystals.
